Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Leh
Arrive at Leh Airport, where our representative meets you and transfers you to the hotel. Spend the day at leisure, acclimatizing to the altitude. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 — Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the Hall of Fame (war museum), Spituk Monastery (built in the 11th century by Od-Lde), Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Sangam (35 km). Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 — Leh to Pangong Lake & Return
After an early breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) via Changla Pass (17,350 ft), the third highest motorable road. This stunning blue brackish saltwater lake stretches 134 km long, with 75% lying across the Indo-China border. Return to Leh for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 — Monastery Tour
After breakfast, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and Hemis Monastery. These monasteries, built between the 15th and 17th centuries, feature outstanding Buddhist murals, frescoes, and statues. Return to Leh for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 — Departure from Leh
Early morning transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight, carrying sweet memories of Ladakh.
