The internship at Holibaba Journeys offers hands-on experience in business development, marketing, content creation, and digital engagement within the travel and tourism industry. Interns will work closely with the marketing and business teams to generate leads, create original travel content, promote travel packages on social media, and support market research initiatives.

This is a task-driven, communication-based internship focused on independent execution and practical learning through real-world assignments.

  • 2 Months or 3 Months (depending on selection)

Internship Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Business Development

    • Identify and generate potential B2C and B2B leads through online research and social media outreach.
    • Actively promote Holibaba Journeys travel packages across personal and extended networks.
    • Assist in outreach initiatives targeting corporate clients, educational institutions, and travel partners.

Content Creation (Original and Plagiarism-Free)

    • Create travel package descriptions and write short blogs or travel tips.
    • Design basic social media content such as posters and promotional posts using tools like Canva.
    • Ensure all written content is original, well-researched, and plagiarism-free.

Social Media Promotion

    • Share Holibaba travel packages regularly on personal social media platforms.
    • Plan and execute simple social media promotions to increase brand visibility.
    • Engage with inquiries, comments, and direct messages where appropriate.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    • Analyze competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities.
    • Suggest improvements for Holibaba's travel packages and marketing approach based on research findings.

Weekly Reporting

  • Submit concise weekly progress reports outlining completed tasks, generated leads, content created, and key learnings.
  • Attend virtual check-in or feedback sessions when scheduled.

Stipend

  • Please note that no stipend or financial compensation will be provided during the internship period.

Compensation and Career Opportunities

  • Upon successful completion of the internship, outstanding interns may be considered for permanent roles within Holibaba Journeys.
  • Compensation for permanent roles will align with company policies and be based on the intern’s demonstrated performance during the internship.

Terms & Conditions

  • If an intern’s performance is found unsatisfactory, Holibaba Journeys reserves the right to discontinue the internship at any time without any compensation.
  • Completion certificates will only be issued to interns who complete the entire internship period successfully and meet performance expectations.

Functional Training

  • All tasks and assignments will be communicated via email only.
  • Interns are expected to work independently based on the provided task instructions.
  • No structured functional training sessions, workshops, or live mentoring are guaranteed during the internship.
