Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive in Leh
Arrive at Leh Airport. Our representative meets you and transfers you to the hotel. The entire day is reserved for acclimatization to the high altitude (3,500 m). Rest and relax. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
Day 2 — Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the Hall of Fame (war museum), the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Sangam (35 km from Leh), Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and Spituk Monastery — founded in the 11th century, perched on a hilltop with panoramic valley views. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 — Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
Early morning departure towards Nubra Valley, driving through Gangles Village and Horzey. Cross Khardung La — one of the world’s highest motorable passes at 5,602 metres — with stunning panoramic views. Descend into the Nubra Valley, known for its sand dunes and double-humped Bactrian camels. Explore Diskit Monastery. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 4 — Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok
After breakfast, transfer to Pangong Lake via the Agham-Shyok road (36 km alongside the Shyok River). Pangong is a famous blue brackish lake — 5–6 km wide and 144 km long, with half extending across the Indo-China border. The changing colours of the lake from azure to turquoise create an unforgettable spectacle. Camp or stay at a lakeside guesthouse. Overnight at Pangong.
Day 5 — Pangong Lake to Leh
Enjoy the sunrise over Pangong Lake — the landscape reflected in the still waters is a photographer’s dream. After breakfast, drive back to Leh through scenic mountain roads. Afternoon free for shopping at the Leh Main Market. Farewell dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 6 — Departure from Leh
After breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight. Tour ends with unforgettable memories of Ladakh’s pristine wilderness and high-altitude landscapes.
