Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive in Delhi — Half-Day Sightseeing
Arrive at Delhi Airport or Railway Station. Transfer to your hotel and check in. In the afternoon, visit Parliament House (exterior), Raj Ghat (Gandhi Memorial), Jantar Mantar, Rashtrapati Bhawan (exterior), and India Gate. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2 — Delhi to Agra Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Agra. En route, visit Sikandra — Emperor Akbar's mausoleum. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Visit the world-famous Taj Mahal and the marble inlay workshops. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 3 — Agra to Delhi
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, visit Akshardham Temple and explore the local markets. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 4 — Fly Delhi to Srinagar
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Srinagar. Upon arrival, proceed to your houseboat on Dal Lake. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake during sunset. Overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 5 — Srinagar to Pahalgam (92 km / 2 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura, and Bijbehara. Enjoy the stunning scenery along the Lidder River. Check into your hotel and explore the Valley of Shepherds. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 6 — Pahalgam to Gulmarg (135 km / 2.5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg through the charming town of Tangmarg. Arrive in the afternoon and check in. Enjoy a Gondola cable car ride (8-minute ropeway) and horse riding. Gulmarg features one of the world's highest golf courses and premier ski slopes. Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 7 — Gulmarg to Srinagar
After breakfast, explore Gulmarg before driving to Srinagar. Check into your hotel. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens — Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), Shankaracharya Temple, Pari Mahal, and Hazratbal Shrine. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 8 — Srinagar to Sonamarg (Day Trip)
After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg — the Meadows of Gold — situated 2,692 meters above sea level. Enjoy pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains year-round (at your own expense). Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 9 — Srinagar Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. Stop for last-minute shopping on the way to the airport.
