We are seeking a proactive and creative Business Development Executive to join our team in the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building partnerships with international travel agencies, preparing travel itineraries and packages, and creating engaging content for social media and our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B and B2C customers internationally.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients worldwide.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and attractive travel packages tailored to different markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content for social media and the company website.
- Draft engaging posts, travel blogs, and promotional materials for campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally in communication, virtual meetings, and partnership discussions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead, partner, and customer activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and package ideas.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Travel Content Creation (preferably in the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close deals.
- Experience in preparing travel itineraries, packages, and marketing content.
- Knowledge of international travel destinations, market preferences, and seasonal trends.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online marketing platforms, and social media channels.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented with a creative mindset.
